More over-thinking.

Can appreciating what is, looking and responding happily, appreciatively, joyfully, be understood as attachment? Valuing?

It seems that it is the emotional response/accompanyment to awareness.

The only danger I see is in becoming attached to the feeling and wasting time pursuing it with another bowl of chocolate ice cream or lamenting its loss or potential-loss (Geeze, there's only a little left) and the insanity that can then follow. (Hey! Who ate all my ice cream?!! )

Maybe it's just look and smile and breathe.
