Terry Fox Run - fundraiser for cancer research 2014

    Hello Everyone,

I will again be participating in the Terry Fox Run for cancer research this sept 14th 2014 at 9am on the parkway near Gananoque, Ontario, Canada.

Last year, for the 2nd year I entered a team (TIC SECURITY) and together we raised over $1100 for cancer research. A big thank you to many of my treeleaf family for supporting us.

I am running for my sister Jeanine, who at the age of 12 was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I was too young at the time to know what cancer was, but I remember how our small community came together to help our family get through this. My parents had 4 children and it was a very difficult time. Jeanine has been cancer free nearly 20 years.

If you are interested in sponsoring me, please click the link below.

Please remember I am only a priest in training. I could be wrong in everything I say. Slap me if needed.

    A very worthwhile cause, Shawn.

I am happy to support you and others who fundraise for something that has affected many of us through family members and personal experience.

Our first meeting for this event went very well. Lots of new ideas floating around. I will be sure to post pictures when they come in following the sept terry fox run. Thank you all.
