I awaken from a deep sleep.

Where am I?

Slowly I realize where I am.

I am in my bed. I am in my bedroom. I am in my house.

I feel fear. I feel anxiety. I feel afraid.

I begin my morning. I make my oatmeal. I pour my juice.

Meal chant. Breathe. Eat oatmeal. Drink juice.

My house is so messy! How can I tackle so many chores?

I feel stresesd. I feel overwhelmed. I feel disatisfied.

Sitting. Not trying to let go. Going. Gone.

Fold laundry. Wash dishes. Watch Sesame Street (with kids).
