Eastern Time Zone - North America

Hello to all from this time zone;

Frequently I go to our sitting hall to meditate for awhile, but alas! Nobody is home!

I just thought that I'd invite those from this zone to join me at 7:30 p.m. for 30 minute sit during the first week of each month - it'd be a nice way to start a new monthly cycle.
